Automatic Leveling System AKC-FT24

2024 and newer Ford Transit 350HD cutaway chassis 2WD and AWD, non-diesel (Chassis year - not RV model year) 

• Simple, one touch operation for fully automatic leveling of the vehicle.

• All-Up safety feature signals if one or more of the cylinders are not fully retracted before you drive off.
• Manual adjustment feature that allows you to operate each cylinder individually.
• Four powder coated cylinders made at our facility rated to lift 8,000 pounds per cylinder.
• Weatherproof hydraulic power unit,  each with an American made  marine pump & motor wrapped in a steel  housing, allows the unit to  be mounted outside in the elements so it  does not take up storage  space.
• All necessary components and hardware for a complete installation!

Check for clearance:

Verify  there is proper frame clearance for the rear cylinders, as some makes  and models have tanks or generators too close to the frame to mount the  rear cylinders. Check the Ford frame roughly 3 ft behind the centerline  of the rear axle, just behind the leaf spring mount. The area to check  is where there are four holes with bolts. There needs to be 6.5" towards  the outside of the vehicle (outward) from the outer frame surface OR  6.5" towards the center of the vehicle (inward) from the inner frame  surface. One opening is all that is needed. Do this for both the driver  and passenger frame rail at this location.
